Tim: down on the stock market with no Vivendi on sale of shares

MILAN, 23 NOV – Tim turns down in Piazza Affari, after having gradually lost his luster over the course of the morning, in the wake of Vivendi’s announcement that he does not want to sell his stake. Even in the event of a successful bid by the American private equity giant, the French group will therefore retain a blocking minority in the shareholders’ meeting on extraordinary transactions. The stock sells 1.2% to € 0.445, moving away from the € 0.505 that Kkr said it was willing to pay. (HANDLE).
