Google has officially unveiled the Pixel Buds A-Series, cheaper true wireless earphones than the Pixel Buds introduced last year.
Google’s new earphones come with a 12mm dynamic driver custom designed that promise a full, clear and natural sound and with the ability to take advantage of the Bass Boost function. The earphones are equipped with dual beam microphones to focus on your voice and reduce external noise during calls. In addition, there is Adaptive Sound technology, which increases or decreases the volume according to the surrounding environment.
We also find a headband in soft material that allows the headset to remain stationary in the ear without causing discomfort.
Connectivity side we have the Bluetooth 5.0 with the option Fast Pair to quickly connect to devices. There are touch controls, but there is no scrolling to control the volume. There is the Google Assistant built in with support for real-time translation in more than 40 languages when using a Pixel phone or with Android 6.0+. The earphones are IPX4 certified to resist sweat.
And autonomy? The new Pixel Buds A-Series offer up to 5 hours of listening or up to 2.5 hours of talk time. These times go up to 24 hours of listening or up to 12 hours of talk time with the charging case. Do not miss the fast charge that offers up to 3 hours of listening or up to 1.5 hours of talk time with 15 minutes of charging the earphones. No wireless charging.
