ROME, AUG 17 – From the first direct investigations carried out by ENAC to verify whether the companies have adapted to the provisions for the protection of the disabled and minors, it has emerged that Ryanair has not yet proceeded to adapt the IT and operating systems to ensure that to charge the supplement to the cost of the air ticket for the allocation of seats close to the carers of minors and the disabled. This was announced by ENAC, announcing that the procedure is ready to impose a penalty of 35,000 euros on the defaulting carrier.
