Covid: record of new cases in the Netherlands, almost 19,200 in 24 hours

ROME, NOV 15 – Boom of coronavirus cases in the Netherlands which in the last 24 hours has registered 19,274 new infections, far exceeding last Thursday’s record of almost 3,000. The local press reports. In the week from 7 to 13 November, the average number of infected people rose by 19.2%, exceeding the 18.5% of October a year ago. Amsterdam is the city with the most cases (925), followed by Rotterdam (468), The Hague (428), Tilburg (305) and Utrecht (304). A total of 39 municipalities reported 100 or more new infections.
