NEW YORK, 14 SEPT – Covid is the central theme in the California elections on Governor Gavin Newsom. This is what emerges from the exit polls, according to which 69% of voters believe that the coronavirus crisis is passing and 45% promote the policies against Covid adopted by the democratic Newsom. 32%, on the other hand, consider them too rigid. There is optimism among the governor’s staff about the outcome of the vote. The polls are still open but the high turnout is a good indication for Newsom, as there are two Democrats in California for every Republican. And therefore the more people vote, the higher the chances of the governor of being confirmed and passing the referendum called on the anti Covid policies he has adopted. (HANDLE).
